Call the Midwife Season 12: What Will Be the Storyline for the New Season?

Call the Midwife season 12 plot

It is set in the 1950s in the United Kingdom when midwives were undervalued. It was because this period was recognized for the rising population as a result of starvation deaths and women’s fatalities, particularly as a result of poor healthcare.

In this new rising Britain, many children were born out of wedlock at this time. As a result, they were not provided with enough care and nutrition and were instead dumped into orphanages where they were mistreated.

Midwives, on the other hand, were required to accomplish this role without discrimination, by giving healthcare to everyone. Season 11 ends with them being free of the responsibility of being midwives, and they finally get to live as humans who are not mistreated.

Call the Midwife Season 12 will once again look at how the free and independent nuns who are finally free of the shackles of Poplar are now moving forward with their lives and go above and beyond, proving themselves to be perfect midwives.

The new season of the show very beautifully describes, how the members understand that they were born this way and return to their work, or if they become powerless in their own heads.

They must also determine whether they are being blackmailed or whether they are being supported throughout the process. The show is a must-watch because it is an unsung voice of feminism and women’s rights in a patriarchal culture.
