Marvel will soon release its first MCU series starring an entirely new character. But before we talk about it in detail, let’s find out the details regarding its release. It is currently unknown when Ms. Marvel TV series comes out. The official release date of the TV series on Ms Marvel is not yet known, as it is not yet known when filming will begin.

As confirmed during Disney Investor Day 2020, the series will arrive on the streaming platform in late 2021. However, according to a recent TV Line report, “it is very likely at this point that Ms. Marvel is well on her way to Disney Plus in early 2022”. Remember that in late 2021, precisely in November, the Hawkeye series will be released.

Ms Marvel: Plot & Storyline

We are not aware of any previews of the plot of the Ms. Marvel TV series. We can still analyze the character of Ms Marvel, thanks to her presence in the comics.

Carol Danvers was the first Ms. Marvel, but then she becomes Captain Marvel. The TV series will revolve around a new character, Kamala Khan, who debuted in Captain Marvel #14, released in November 2013.

The protagonist is a sixteen-year-old girl of Pakistani origins who lives in New Jersey. She accidentally gains the power of super-elasticity after a party when she is offered a glass of vodka. The girl runs away and comes into contact with the Terrigenous Mists, making her inhuman with superpowers.

Her admiration for Carol Danvers will prompt her to assume the identity of Ms. Marvel when the heroine becomes Captain Marvel, to join the Avengers. Kamala Khan will later become one of the Avengers, but she will step away and find the Champions with Nova, Spider-Man, Hulk, Cyclops, and Viv Vision. Kamala Khan is the first Muslim superhero in MCU.

Cast: Actors & Characters

Iman Vellani will play the main character of Kamala Khan, the young superheroine in the TV series.

It is unknown which other characters related to Ms Marvel will join the TV series or if Brie Larson will make a cameo as Captain Marvel. This possibility cannot be ruled out, as Kevin Feige has always affirmed the importance of these new TV series for the plot of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to reports from Screenrant, plans are already being made to include Ms Marvel in a Marvel Studios film.

To talk more about the cast, The Direct has revealed that Jasjit Williams ( Street Voices ) and Saagar Shaikh ( Unfair & Ugly ) are currently in talks for two roles in the TV series. However, it is not known which characters they will play. Jasjit Williams will most likely portray the character of Bruno Carrelli. Kamala’s love interest, who first discovers her superhero identity. At the same time, Shaikh could be Aamir Khan, Kamala’s older brother, struggling to find a job and get settled.
