More than two years after the first season ended on BBC One, the ‘A very English Scandal’ is back in season two. The acclaimed show has become an anthology series, and its second appearance focuses on yet one more scandal that has seized Britain’s establishment. When is season 2 out?

Currently, there’s no release date for the second appearance of the A Berry English Scandal for the second season. Shooting for the three-part series is scheduled to start this year at . As a result, fans can expect a release date in late 2021 or early 2022. Season 1 of the British Scandal premiered in May 2018, a year after it had been first announced by the BBC.

Who is season 2 about?

The second season of British Scandal isn’t a sequel to Jeremy Pope’s story. Instead, the second excursion is that the story of a 1963 sex scandal involving Margaret Campbell, Duchess of Argyll. Margaret, also referred to as the “Duke of Dirty,” made the headline after the dissemination of photographs of sexual relations with strangers, among other “scandalous” stories of the time. The series revolves around a really dirty divorce together with her second husband, the 11th Duke of Argyll, Ian Douglas Campbell.
