Who’s in the Ticket to Paradise Cast?

As of right now, we don’t know much about any of the characters in Ticket to Paradise. But based on what we’ve seen in the trailer and in the ads, here’s a list of the main actors and the roles they’re playing:

The stars of Ticket to Paradise are Julia Roberts and George Clooney. Since Ocean’s Eleven and its follow-up, Ocean’s Twelve, where they played each other’s love interests, the two have been in many movies together. Both Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Money Monster had both of these actors in them.

Lily’s mother is played by Julia Roberts, and her father is played by George Clooney. No more information about them as people has been shown yet. We do know, though, that they are a divorced couple who hate being around each other. They’re only in Bali to stop their daughter from getting married.

In Ticket to Paradise, Clooney and Roberts’ characters’ 25-year-old daughter, Lily, is played by Kaitlyn Dever. The movie also features a reunion of these two Hollywood legends. She met a guy on her graduation trip to Bali and fell in love with him. They decided to get married there, which is why her parents are also there, even though they don’t get along.Ticket to Paradise

Gede, the young man from Bali who Lily loves and wants to marry, is played by Maxime Bouttier. He seems like a nice person, and even Lily’s parents, who have a lot of problems, like him. Billie Lourd plays Lily’s friend Wren Butler, who is in Bali for the wedding with her and Gede.

Watch the Trailer for Ticket to Paradise

The official trailer for Ticket to Paradise was published by Universal Pictures in June 2022, and the film’s tropical island setting in Bali makes it appear beautiful and vibrant at first glance. The approximately three-minute trailer establishes not only the anticipation for the film but also its whole plot.

From the minute they meet on the plane, the couple engages in ceaseless squabbling and passive-aggressive behavior, which is, of course, the foundation for these characters. However, this also determines the story’s allure.

As they attempt to “save” their twentysomething daughter, their interactions are often humorous and endearing, which makes the characters more likable. The trailer makes clear, however, that the film’s main attraction is Roberts and Clooney, who are as charming and witty as they were in their previous film appearance.

The trailer virtually reveals the entire plot and what to expect, as there is no major twist that must be concealed. In the film, we may anticipate seeing how far the parents will go in their quest to disrupt the wedding and whether or not they will succeed.
