What Will Andor Be About?

According to the official description: “The Andor series will examine the Star Wars universe from a fresh angle, concentrating on Cassian Andor’s quest to understand the impact he can make.

The television show tells the story of the escalating rebellion against the Empire and how individuals and worlds got involved. In this period of danger, deceit, and intrigue, Cassian will start along the path that will eventually make him a rebel hero.”

The new prequel was previously referred to by LucasFilm as “a new spy series inspired by Rogue One.”

Adria Arjona’s casting as Andor’s sister hints that the series will provide us with more information about his family and upbringing.

Though actor Alan Tudyk has said he won’t appear in the first season, he could join the show at a later time, it seems as though the humorous relationship between Cassian and K-2SO won’t be returning.

I do know this: I have to be on stilts for it, because the character is 7’1″, and I’m not one of those guys that say, “Have someone else do the motion capture, and I’ll voice it later,” he said in a statement to Collider.

“Motion capture will be required of me, and in March I will turn 50. I thus hope they begin soon because I won’t be wearing stilts for at least five years. I won’t be doing it.”

Is There any Trailer for Andor?

Fans were given their first peek at the new show in December when a sizzle reel was released; you can see it in its entirety here.

It features interviews with people who worked both in front of and behind the camera, as well as highlights from Rogue One.

In May 2022, a new trailer was released, and it was just as ominous as Rogue One.

The video depicts the Empire’s power at its height as well as the Rebellion’s early days, which changed the direction of the Star Wars world. The fear is evident.

When it was announced that the series had been delayed till September 2022, the latest and longest teaser was published on Monday, August 1, 2022.
