The Nike Air Force 1 shoe has been given a misleading makeover. Color-changing Air Force 1 Lows were released by Nike back in June, and they sold out within a few days.
If you missed out on a pair of the shoes when they first went on sale, you’re in luck: they’re now back in stock. The Nike Air Force 1 Low Women’s Exclusive is currently on sale for $110 at Nike.com.
Photochromic inks have been used to give the sneaker a fresh colourful look despite the fact that the upper seems to be white. When the shoe is exposed to UV rays, it turns orange, revealing a mudguard in light blue, a heel counter in magenta, and a Swoosh in purple. A white midsole and a translucent blue outsole complete the shoe’s design. Also included is an ice cube tray-shaped Silicone Swoosh hangtag.
Even when kept out of direct sunlight, the shoe retains its fashionable appearance. There are modest striking elements like a blue outsole and front charm, and a slightly pink-tinged heel counter to give you the traditional white finish you desire.
The Nike Air cushioning and padded tongue and collar are also included in the shoe for maximum comfort. When the Nike Air Force 1 first came out in 1982, it was a successful basketball sneaker. Since then, the shoe has evolved into a streetwear and lifestyle classic thanks to collaborations with companies like Louis Vuitton and Off-White.
You’ll need to act quickly if you want to buy. When these color-changing sneakers were originally released, they sold out within minutes.
