Re Zero Season 3: Release Date | Is it Confirmed Officially or Cancelled?

What would you do if you could cheat death with superpowers? Cool, huh? But at the same time, it has been both a blessing and a curse because the main character has to go through a cycle of mental torture every time he dies. Re: Zero is an example of this kind of anime.

The main character, Subaru, is a shy nerd who one day finds himself in a different world. Subaru then finds out that he has a special ability that lets him undo his mistakes and help him get out of dangerous situations by repeating them and planning ahead.

Re Zero Season 3

After the second season of this popular Isekai anime was a huge hit and came out, fans have been eagerly waiting for the third season, which has not yet come out. But how likely is it that the anime show will come back for a third season? Read on to find out.

Our story is about our main character, Subaru Natsuki. After he gets home from grocery shopping, Subaru suddenly finds himself in a different universe.

Even though Subaru, who spends most of his time in real life playing computer games, doesn’t take this world seriously at first and acts like he’s in a game, the story doesn’t go that way.

Subaru meets Felt, a thief, on his way to this strange new world. When he gets there, he meets several bullies. Emilia, the anime’s main female character, is looking for Felt so she can get back the thing he stole from her.

Emilia, who runs into Subaru, doesn’t just ignore him. Instead, she helps Subaru get rid of the bullies. Subaru wants to help Emilia find Felt and get back the thing he stole because he owed her a favor. The story goes on from there.

After the second season, the second part. The anime’s first part ran in the second season, and like the first season, it had a lot of psychological and thriller elements. They also added new characters to make things more interesting.

Then, in the second part, the subject of the anime changed in some ways. In this part, the amount of psychological and tense parts has gone down. This season, we mostly watched more of the backstories of the characters.

It was fun to learn more about the characters and get ready for the next season. The anime’s second season ended with a lot of questions, and the third season looks like it will be much more exciting.

Who Will Be in Season 3 of Re: Zero?

If “Re: Zero” Season 3 does come out, it’s likely that a lot of the original cast will still be on it. IMDb says that Yûsuke Kobayashi is the one who gives Subaru his Japanese voice (“Dr. Stone,” “Food Wars”).

Sean Chiplock gives him an English voice (“The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild,” “Pokemon: Detective Pikachu”). Also, the original voice actors for the supporting characters are likely to come back.

Emilia (Rie Takahashi/Kayli Mills), Ram (Rie Murakawa/Ryan Bartley), and Rem (Inori Minase/Brianna Knickerbocker) are all a part of this group.

Even though it’s unlikely that “Re: Zero” Season 3 will have any sudden cast or crew changes, fans can probably expect to hear new voices as the show introduces new characters.

Unfortunately, there have been no official announcements about who will be in Season 3. In this case, fans will have to wait to see if “Re: Zero” makes any new cast decisions.

The Date When the Third Season of Re: Zero Will Be Out

Fans of Re: Zero, we have both good and bad news for you. So, which one do you want to do first? This is not good. Sadly, no official date for Season 3’s release has been given. Since the second season aired this year, it’s not impossible that there will be a third.

It’s not enough to say it’s impossible. Some got sequels right away, like Rent-a-girlfriend and Uzaki chan. When thinking about anime sequels, how popular the first one was is very important. After their prequels aired, even big shows like Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia didn’t get a second season.

So it’s not that big of a deal. There have been more announcements of anime sequels lately, but it’s still early in the growth of this trend. It does happen, but not often. Now that the bad news is over let’s talk about the good. The good news really is an announcement.

How does it work? So, Crunchyroll is going to talk to Sho Tanaka in 2020. Even though it’s not an official announcement, it’s true. One of the most important. They’re not messing around. It’s a good idea to make a sequel to an anime. Like KonoSuba, I’m unsure.

Re Zero Season 3

In the end, one of the officials did seem happier. In the same way, Sho Tanaka’s comment that Re: Zero might get a second season makes a third season more likely.

Even though there have been no “official announcements or release dates,” someone in the know has said something about it. That gives me a lot of hope. But our journey doesn’t end there. For a thorough investigation, we need to think about a lot of different things.

Trailer for Season 3 of Re Zero
